This unit is sold on a Repair/Exchange basis only, which means that we need to receive your defective unit back in exchange for the unit we provide. Your defective/core unit needs to be returned to our facility within 2 weeks of the date you receive this item. All returned units must be sent freight prepaid and to the address below;
